Values Tree

What do you value?

Personal values are a way to describe the things that are important to you. Your values influence the decisions that you make every day, and understanding them can be a great way to understand who you are and what kind of impact you want to have on the people around you. Click on the Values Tree button below to begin the interactive activity. Reading through the statements, take some time to reflect on each one, then select the three that are most important to you and least important to you. Once you’re satisfied with your choices, click “Continue” to see your results. Now, you can compare your personal values with the rest of your YPI team and have a discussion. Which values do you share? How important to you will it be to choose a charity that shares those values too?
